  Port Transmission rebuilt 4 years ago
  Paint removed & repainted below the water line 9 years ago. Removed above the water line (& below the rub rail) & the hull was professionally repainted with Imron paint 4-5 years ago. Varnish removed from deck bright work & re-varnished with Sikens in 2009.
  Bimini Top & Sunscreens (that surround windows of main salon) added 5 years ago. Sunscreens "unsnap" for easy removal.
  Ignition Points replaced with Electronic Modules
  Mechanical Fuel Pumps replaced with Electric Fuel Pump
  Flow Meters installed in fuel lines
  Dual Digital Tachometer installed in the Main Helm Station
  60%-70% of Water Hoses replaced on the engines
  4 6-volt Main Batteries new in 2009. 12-volt Battery new in 2008
  Bilge Pump replaced in 2008
  Main Salon sleeps 1 on sofa. Room for TV on the cabinet. Special TV antenna for use further offshore.
  Main Helm Station includes: Marine Radio, Radar, Garmin Handheld GPS, Hailer, Spotlight
  Flybridge includes: Portable handheld Marine Radio, 2 folding chairs
  Large inventory of tools & spare parts (including 2 new spare props) stored in the engine room & other locations .
  Roomy galley is fully functional with 3 year old Refrigerator, 3 burner Electric Stove with oven (oven has a rotisserie), & Sink. Electric Water Heater in engine room. Table in galley seats 4 & makes into a bed that sleeps 2.
  Head has a full Shower, Toilet & Sink. Additional "blackwater" storage tank in addition to the one on the toilet with a macerator pump in between the two. Total blackwater capacity is about 30 gallons. The shower has it's own pump with a spare on board.
  Main Stateroom sleeps 2 on twin beds - new mattresses custom made 6 years ago. Drawers under the bed.
  Rear Outside Deck or Patio that's about 8' X 10' with 2 folding deck chairs & a shelf that can be attached to the rear railing for a BBQ Grill.
  The boat is a "documented boat" registered by the Coast Guard. They rate it at 17-gross tons & 14-net tons.

Hull Testing The owner had a comprehensive ultra sonic testing of the hull done by a professional inspector in October 2010. The inspector did not find any significant deterioration of the metal. Photos of the test areas and the inspectors report will be available.
